1. Application of Andrew Morin and Kira Crossley, 54 Lewiston Avenue, Assessor's Plat 9E, Lot 16, for a special use permit to establish a dog boarding business pursuant to Sec. 18.16.030(E) and Sec. 18.52.060 of the Richmond Zoning Ordinance.
