1. Application of Ping Xu, 50 Clearview Drive (Assessor's Plat 6E, Lot 17-29) for a special use permit to establish an accessory dwelling unit in the basement of an existing house pursuant to Sec. 18.36.040 and Sec. 18.52.060 of the Richmond Zoning Ordinance.
