C.         New Business

1.   The application of Peter Migliaccio (applicant), Jamie Ronaldson Trust Agreement (owner), for dimensional variance to build a new entry deck to replace a nonconforming, deteriorating concrete entry under the Zoning Ordinance. The new deck is approximately four feet further into the front setback. The property is at 29 Old Richmond Townhouse Road, in Richmond, R.I., Tax Assessor’s Plat 8C Lot 1-3.

 

2.   The application of James Callaghan (applicant), Jack Norris (owner), for dimensional variance to extend into the front setback by 9.1 feet for the front porch. The home has an existing dimensional variance from the rebuild due to the presence of wetlands behind the home. The property is at 863 Kings Factory Road, in Richmond, R.I., Tax Assessor’s Plat 11B Lot 4.
