1.       The application of Phillip Brodeur (applicant), Kim Samartano (owner), for dimensional variance of eleven feet for proposed addition to the easterly side property line. The builder, Phil Brodeur, described the addition as 20’x24’ with the 20’ dimension parallel with Deerfield Drive and attached to the southeasterly side of the existing garage. The rear of the addition will align with the existing back of the house. The property is located at 7 Deerfield Drive, Richmond RI 02898 A.P. 5C Lot 9.
