Authorization for Councilman Charles Collins Jr., in consultation with the Town Treasurer, to negotiate and approve compensation and benefits for Chief Eric Rollinson and Deputy Chief Dave Mack, provided the approved compensation and benefits are within budget and comparable to the existing terms and conditions of such positions; said terms of compensation and benefits to be retroactive to the date of their promotion
M. Authorization for the Chief of Police to take the Chief’s motor vehicle out of town for more than one (1) night.

A. Update from Police Station Building Committee on the status of the Police Station Project and consideration of a recommendation from the Councilman D’Agostino to reorganize the committee in light of the fact that the project is near completion
B. Recommendation from Chief of Police to hire Thomas Mefford from current dispatch candidate list for full time dispatcher position made vacant by resignation of Daniel Pincins
C. Authorization for the Town Council President, in consultation with the Town Council Vice President and the Emergency Management Agency Director, to continue the Town State of Emergency through September 15, 2020, unless revoked earlier; ratification of all actions undertaken pursuant to Town State of Emergency since the previous extension
D. Update from Town Solicitor and ratification of Town of Scituate v. Scott R. Jensen, in his official capacity as Director, Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training (“DLT”), PC-2020-05522, filed in the Rhode Island Superior Court, seeking Declaratory Judgment and Injunctive Relief restraining the actions of the DLT seeking to hold the Town responsible for the failure by previous contractors who worked on the Police Station Project to pay prevailing wage to their employees
E. Recommendation from the Plan Commission, in consultation with the Town Purchasing Agent, to award the bid for assistance in the preparation of the Town’s Long-term Comprehensive Plan update to Weston & Sampson; and authorization for the Treasurer and Purchasing Agent, each, to take any and all such actions, and to approve, execute and deliver all such documents as may be necessary to carry into effect the foregoing, or to take any other action relative thereto. I. Consideration of a request from Julian Forgue concerning possible sale and/or transfer of real estate and/or tax title interest(s) in vacant land located at Rocky Hill Rd, North Scituate, known as Lot 29 on Scituate Tax Assessor’s Plat 22 for the statutorily mandated price pursuant to R.I.G.L. §§ 44-9-18 & 44-9-19; individual notices sent to abutting property owners by potential purchaser
J. Recommendation and request from the Chief of Police to purchase a new 2020 Ford Utility Police Interceptor police cruiser from the Master Price Agreement list in the amount of $46,991.20, from the following account: Police L account 001-000-0023-0319 per the budget approved by the electors at the Financial Town Meeting
