In accordance with the guidance provided by the Governor and State and Local emergency management authorities due to the current state of emergency, Town meetings will be conducted solely via internet video conference with telephonic access; there shall be no in-person gathering for this meeting. The Town has set up the following internet video conference and telephonic access capabilities for council members and public participation.

B. Authorization for the Rotary Club to use the parking lot and gazebo next to the North Scituate Elementary School for the Scituate Farmer’s Market, which is scheduled to open on June 6, 2020
5. Town Business - Review, Discussion and/or Potential Action and/or Vote:
A. Approval of temporary relief to existing victualing license holders in the Town of Scituate allowing for temporary outdoor dining
B. Reflecting the current State of Emergency, consideration and approval for the posting of a warrant, warning and notice for the Financial Town Meeting to be held at the Scituate High School on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, with a start time of 7:00 PM
