Message from Town Council President James Brady, Jr.:
The Agenda items for this meeting specifically are to address the current State of Emergency in the Town of Scituate and State of Rhode Island; to our benefit the town meetings usually are well attended and the Town Council welcomes and encourages public participation; however, for this meeting, and in accordance with the guidance provided by the Governor and State and Local emergency management authorities, members of the public are strongly encouraged not to attend in person. The Town will make it best efforts to live-stream the meeting and to post on the Town’s web site and disseminate through the Town’s email distribution list the actions taken by the Town Council at this meeting. I ask for understanding and cooperation from my fellow residents during this time.
