A. Ratification of the annual lease agreement between the Town and Hope Associates governing the use of Hope Associates’ properties
B. Consideration of a request from Big Brothers Big Sisters to place their clothing collection bins at multiple locations on town properties 
C. Recommendation from Senior Services Director Dina Elhelw to hire Kimberly Stinnette as a new part-time flex employee to fill an expected vacancy due to an extended unpaid leave of absence. This will be a temporary position with the new employee’s hours not exceeding 19.5 hours/week at a pay rate of $14.95/hour. The new part-time employee’s start date will be determined when the date of the extended leave of absence is established.
D. Authorization for the movement of the gate on Hemlock Rd. closer to the intersection with Ponagansett Rd. with the understanding that the new gate will be supplied by the Providence Water Supply Board and installation will be handled by the Scituate DPW
E. Consideration of a request from Julian Forgue concerning possible sale and/or transfer of real estate and/or tax title interest(s) in vacant land located at Rocky Hill Rd, North Scituate, known as Lot 27 on Scituate Tax Assessor’s Plat 22 for the statutorily mandated price pursuant to R.I.G.L. §§ 44-9-18 & 44-9-19
