In accordance with the guidance provided by the Governor and State and Local emergency management authorities due to the current state of emergency, Town meetings will be conducted solely via internet video conference with telephonic access; there shall be no in-person gathering for this meeting. H. Approval of a request from the Animal Shelter Building Committee for a 90-day extension in the time allotted for fundraising required for the award of the bid to Superstructure Building, LLC for the construction of the Animal Shelter addition

A. Update from EMA Director John Robinson on identified expenses incurred by the Town and School District related COVID-19; summary of request for reimbursements from state and federal funding sources
B. Request from the Town’s DPW Director, in consultation with the Town Purchasing Agent, to award a bid for the purchase and installation of a backup generator at Town Hall to K Electric; and authorization to the Treasurer and Purchasing Agent to take any and all such actions, and to approve, execute and deliver all such documents as may be necessary to carry into effect the bid award and to take any other action relative thereto; Bids received from:
