A. An update from EMA Director John Robinson on the COVID-19 pandemic.
B. Possible awarding of bid from Request for Qualifications and Proposals for Roof Bid for the Historical Congregational Church Roof and Community House Roof. Bids received from:

C. Request from the Police Chief to accept the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (“COPS”) grant in the amount of $125,000.00 to hire 1 police officer, covering 59.65% for 3 years (Town responsible for 40.35%), and authorization to being the hiring/recruiting process to fill the 1 police officer position.
D. Establish the representative(s) from the Town Council for upcoming negotiations for contract negotiations with NAGE Local R1-42 for new collective bargaining agreement beginning July 1, 2022; current collective bargaining agreement expires June 30, 2022.
E. Request from Councilman Marcello on the status of and actuarial report of the police department pension private plan.
F. Request from Councilman Marcello on the status of the Other Post-Employment Benefits (“OPEB”) actuarial study.
G. Consideration of temporarily waiving the vacation carryover policy outlined in the Town's Human Resource Policy Manual to allow for more eligible days to carryover into the next calendar year due to difficulties of using vacation time resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
