A.   Proposed Town Council Resolution to authorize the Town Council to reserve those capital funds from Fiscal Year 2020-2021 as set forth and described in Exhibit A to the proposed resolution (attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference), which were authorized by the electors of the Town at the 2021 Financial Town Meeting when scheduled.

 

B.   Proposed Town Council Resolution declaring March as Women’s History Month in the Town of Scituate

 

10. Town Business—Review, Discussion and/or Potential Action and/or Vote: Video Icon

 

A.   An update from EMA Director John Robinson on the Town’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and an update on the status of the vaccine distribution plan for the Town.

 

B.   Recommendation to change the Town’s fiscal year to coincide with the State’s fiscal year with a target date of Fiscal Year 2024.

 

C.   Authorization from the Town Council to install Fitness Equipment purchased in 2017 from Play 4 Life originally voted to be installed at Tasca Field to be installed at the Esek Hopkins Park.

 

D.   Appointment of Timothy Bliss, Esq. as special labor counsel to handle:

 

i.    International Brotherhood of Police Officers (“IBPO”) Local 502 collective bargaining agreement negotiations for contract beginning July 1, 2021

ii.   Teamsters Local 251 collective bargaining agreement negotiations for contract beginning July 1, 2021
