A. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote regarding litigation pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Potential Litigation with one or more contractors related to the completion of the police station construction project. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning potential litigation and/or settlement thereof with one or more contractors related to the completion of the police station construction project.
B. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I.G.L. § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Pending Litigation (R.I. Dept. of Labor & Training (“DLT”) v. Titans Construction, Inc., 2019-0021PW; DLT v. Robert Arita, 2019-0030PW; Scituate v. DLT, PC-2020-05522; SU-2021-0067-MP; SU-2021-0075-A). Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning DLT v. Titans Construction, Inc., 2019-0021PW and/or DLT v. C. The Town Council may vote to move into Executive/Closed session pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 42-46-5 (a)(2) Potential Litigation regarding Smithville Cemetery access through Silk Lane laneway. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning potential litigation regarding Smithville Cemetery access through Silk Lane laneway.

A. An update from EMA Director John Robinson on the COVID-19 pandemic.
B. Reconsideration of request from the Providence Water Supply Board to the Tax Collector to waive and/or reimburse and/or receive credit for interest paid in the amount of $71,470.98 for late payment of July 2021 first quarter tax payment.
C. Appointment of Town Council member as liaison to Providence Water Supply Board.
D. Establish and appointment of ad hoc committee to develop, review, and recommend infrastructure projects to the Town Council, in consultation with a pre-qualified bidder to be chosen by the Town Council at a future date.
