A. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Potential Litigation with one or more contractors related to the completion of the police station construction project and Pending Litigation (Sugrue & Associates, Inc. v. Town of Scituate RI - AAA CASE No. 012200015081. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning Sugrue & Associates, Inc. v. Town of Scituate RI - AAA CASE No. 012200015081. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning potential litigation and/or settlement thereof with one or more contractors related to the completion of the police station construction project.
B. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Collective Bargaining (Union negotiations with Teamsters Local 251 for new collective bargaining agreement beginning July 1, 2022). Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning negotiations with Teamsters Local 251 for new collective bargaining agreement beginning July 1, 2022.
C. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Collective Bargaining (Union negotiations with NAGE Local R1-42 for new collective bargaining agreement beginning July 1, 2022). Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning negotiations with NAGE Local R1-42 for new collective bargaining agreement beginning July 1, 2022.

12. Town Business—Review, Discussion and/or Potential Action and/or Vote:
A. An update from EMA Director John Robinson.
B. Recommendation from Building & Zoning Official to hire Beth Sampalis as the new part-time Building/Planning/Zoning Clerk at a rate of $20.00 per hour and 30 hours per week; other terms and conditions of employment in accordance with the Human Resource Policy Manual.
C. Request from the Scituate Sustainability Committee to purchase a table and tent for events not to exceed $150.00. 
D. Request from the DPW Director in consultation with the Purchasing Agent to post a request for proposals (“RFP”) to paint the exterior of the Scituate Community House. 
E. Authorization from the Town Council to approve $60,000 of American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funds to refurbish the former Police Station located on Main Street in Hope Village owned by the Hope Jackson Fire Department. 
F. Authorization for the Treasurer to appropriate $5,000.00 to the Building Official’s budget for the purpose of purchasing a new vehicle. 
G. Authorization from the Town Council to approve use of ARPA funds to be used to enhance and/or upgrade the Town’s IT infrastructure.
H. Potential approval of Animal Control Services Agreement with the Town of Foster, negotiated by the Police Chief and Town Council President; authorization for the Town Council President and Town Treasurer to execute any and all documents necessary to accomplish the foregoing.
I. Authorization to post an advertisement for the proposed, revised Renewable Energy Zoning Ordinance as recommended by the Scituate Plan Commission in accordance with R.I.G.L. § 45-24-53.
J. Recommendation from the Public Works Director and Finance Director to create an “L” Account for funds received from selling excess Public Works equipment.
K. Recommendation from the Public Works Director and Finance Director to authorize the sale of a 1989 Model 627B John Deere Grader to the Town of Foster for $20,000.
