A. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I.G.L. § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Pending Litigation (National Opioid Litigation). Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning National Opioid Litigation.


A. Authorize the Purchasing Agent to post Request for Proposals related to the interior painting of the Historic Congregational Church. 
B. Authorize the Purchasing Agent to post Request for Proposals related to an upgrade/replacement of the fire alarm system at the of the Historic Congregational Church 
C. Status of the online suggestion box for seeking public input on the use of ARPA funds 
D. Discussion and/or Potential Action and/or Vote on the request from the School District to provide $750,000 of federal ARPA funding in support of required school repairs as presented in the five-year capital plan with particular emphasis on improved air quality and heating in the buildings; consideration of issuing a bond in lieu of using APRA funds for the required repairs. 
E. Discussion on the possibility of reserving up to $500,000 of the Town’s ARPA funds for matching grants to be provided to 501(c)(3) organizations. 
A. Ratification of proposed Resolution to be put before the electors of the Town at the 2022 Financial Town Meeting on April 5, 2022 to change the dates of the Town’s Fiscal Year, beginning in Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (Beginning April 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024, then July 1 through June 30 for each year thereafter), with request to the General Assembly seeking an allowance of exceeding the four percent (4%) maximum levy, pursuant to R.I. General Laws § 44-5-2, in the proposed, extended FY 2023-2024, and to move the date of the Town’s Financial Town Meeting, beginning in Calendar Year 2024, to the first Tuesday in the month of June. 
B. Proposed Town Council Resolution concerning the issuance of $750,000 of bonds and/or notes to finance school equipment, repairs and/or improvements to be put before the electors of the Town at the 2022 Financial Town Meeting on April 5, 2022 and request to General Assembly for passage of enabling bond act under R.I. General Laws § 16-7-44.
