A. Results from the online American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) Suggestion Box, which closed on May 20th (attached)
B. Determination of the process for reviewing and deciding on the appropriation of ARPA funds, including future consideration of recommendations received in the Suggestion Box
C. Reconsideration of vote taken at the February 24, 2022 meeting to approve $265,000 of ARPA funding for the replacement of the existing public safety dispatch console at the Scituate Police Department
D. Requests received to date from Department Directors for ARPA funding (see attached)
E. Authorization for the DPW Director, in consultation with the Purchasing Agent, to retain BETA Group from the State Master Pricing Agreement (“MPA”) list to prepare a Pavement Management Program for the Town; funding of up to $25,000 to be allocated from Town ARPA funds
