A. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Potential Litigation with one or more contractors related to the completion of the police station construction project and Pending Litigation (Sugrue & Associates, Inc. v. Town of Scituate RI - AAA CASE No. 012200015081). Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning Sugrue & Associates, Inc. v. Town of Scituate RI - AAA CASE No. 012200015081 and potential settlement thereof.
B. The Town Council may vote to move into Executive/Closed session pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 42-46-5 (a)(2) Potential Litigation regarding claim of property damage. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning potential litigation regarding claim of property damage.
C. The Town Council may vote to move into Executive/Closed session pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 42-46-5 (a)(2) Potential Litigation regarding claim of damages alleged to be caused by the Town. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning potential litigation regarding claim of damages alleged to be caused by the Town.
D. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (3) matter(s) of security concerning actions necessary for the safety and security at the Town’s public schools and Town-owned buildings. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning actions necessary for the safety and security at the Town’s public schools and Town-owned buildings.
