A.   Recommendation from the Town Council President, in consultation with the Town Treasurer and Finance Director, to adjust non-union Town employees’ salaries.  Worksheet attached.

 

B.   Authorization to hire Darlene Lemoi as recommended by Senior Services Director Cheryl Ignacio, as a part-time employee. The employee’s hours will not exceed 19.5 hours/week with current salary to be determined by Town Council.

 

C.   Consideration of request from Eugene Heon, owner of 20 Danielson Pike (Plat 16, Lot 47) for permission to create six burial plots on said property; notices having been sent to abutters; any approval subject to R.I. Department of Health requirements and any other applicable state regulations.

 

D.   Consideration of Policy on Payout of Unused Vacation Time for retirees / separated employees

 

E.   Approval to reserve $1,000,000.00 of American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funds to complete Town Hall renovation.

 

F.   Approval to reserve $100,000.00 ARPA funds for the Clayville School House renovations

 

G.   Approval to reserve $115,000.00 of ARPA funds for a HVAC system at Hope Library

 

H.   Approval to reserve $50,000.00 of ARPA funds for a dog park out of the Matching Grant Fund allocation previously set aside by the Town Council on October 13, 2022.
