C. Licenses—subject to receipt of all required paperwork, all State and Local permits, and compliance with all stipulations, rules and regulations as previously required by the Town Council:
i. Hawker & Peddler, expiring 12/31/2023; Saugy Inc. DBA Saugy Express

A. Authorization for Scituate Lions Club to place branded postal bin for collection of used eyeglasses at the Scituate Senior Center.
B. Authorization for Police Chief Rollinson to enter into a copier lease agreement from State Master Purchasing Agreement (“MPA”) with Automated Business Solutions for two devices at $221 per month for a term of 60 months.
C. Request from Chief Rollinson, in consultation with the Purchasing Agent, for approval to purchase 2 new police cruisers from the MPA, each complete with equipment outfitting, in a total amount not to exceed $119,000.00 from capital funds.
D. Payout of unused vacation time for retiree Russell Yeaw (attached)
E. Consideration of Policy on Payout of Unused Vacation Time for retirees / separated employees (attached)
F. Update from the Finance Director on American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funds appropriated and distributed to date.
G. Ratification of the two-year time period for the Bid Award for RFP SCIT043 Grant Writer to Rosewood Consulting, Inc. for $5,000 per month from ARPA Funds.
H. Possible reservation of ARPA Funds to complete Town Hall renovation.
I. North Scituate Fire Department request to replace the North Scituate Fire Station, with an estimated cost of $2,250,000, from ARPA Funds.
J. Hope Jackson Fire Department request for $20,000 for continued restoration of Hope Jackson Administration building at 116 Main Street, Hope, from ARPA Fund.
K. Update on outstanding requests for ARPA funds, including whether any projects have been completed, using some or all allocated funds, and/or with funding from other sources.
L. Consideration of bringing ARPA requests to the next Town Council meeting (July 13, 2023).
