A. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-46-5 (a) Subsection (1), a discussion of the job performance, character, or physical or mental health of an employee, provided that such person affected shall have been notified in advance in writing and advised that he may require that the discussion be held at an open meeting. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning the affected employee.

A. Request for consideration from residents living on Huntinghouse Lane to allow Scituate DPW to make pavement improvements to Huntinghouse Lane.
B. Request from IBPO Local 502 to participate in the sixth annual no shave event (“No Shave November”) commencing on November 1, 2023 and ending on December 1, 2023; all proceeds from this event will be donated to a charitable organization
C. Request for reimbursement for the emergency purchase of two inflatable Achilles rescue boats from the emergency equipment bond from Hope Jackson Fire in the amount of $12,573.00 and Potterville Fire Department in the amount of $12,573.00.
