B. Request from Gianna Pagliarini Has and Rhode Island Housing to waive credit requirements with regard to the Town’s Community Septic System Loan Program (“CSSLP”) concerning Lot 45 on Scituate Tax Assessor’s Plat 17, also known as 20 Elisha Mathewson Road, in which the applicant is requesting a loan in the amount of $30,000.00 at 1% for a term of 10 years.
