A. Recommendation from the Tax Assessor/Purchasing Agent Karen Beattie, to award a bid to Catalis Tax & CAMA, Inc. in the amount of $92,600.00 for the completion of a statistical revaluation of town properties; and an authorization to the Town Council President, Treasurer and Purchasing Agent to take any and all such actions, and to approve, execute and deliver all such documents as may be necessary to carry into effect the bid award and to take any other action relative thereto; Bids received from:

B. Authorization for Student Resource Officer Parenti to attend the National SRO Training Conference in Phoenix, AZ, in an amount not to exceed $2,468.81.

D. Authorization for the Public Works Director, in consultation with the Purchasing Agent, to post three separate requests for proposals for (1) paving, (2) chip sealing, and (3) crack sealing services.
