4. Possible Motion(s) to convene into Closed/Executive Session:
A. The Scituate Town Council may vote to move into Executive Session pursuant to R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Pending Litigation (Knight v. Scituate, PC-2020-0420). Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning Knight v. Town of Scituate, PC-2020-0420.
B. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (5) Real Estate, specifically regarding possible sale and/or transfer of real estate and/or interest(s) in real estate for which the Town owns tax title. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning possible sale and/or transfer of real estate and/or interest(s) in real estate for which the Town owns tax title.
C. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Collective Bargaining (Union negotiations with International Brotherhood of Police Officers (“IBPO”) Local 502 for new collective bargaining agreement beginning July 1, 2024). Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning a possible new collective bargaining agreement beginning July 1, 2024 with IBPO Local 502.
D. The Town Council may vote to move into Executive/Closed session pursuant to R.I. General Laws §§ 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) and 45-15-5, Potential Litigation concerning stormwater on Carpenter Road. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning potential litigation concerning stormwater on Carpenter Road.
E. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (5) Real Estate, specifically possible purchase of development rights/conservation easement(s). Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning possible purchase of development rights/conservation easement(s).

F. Consideration of request from Chief Greenway and the Potterville Fire Department, in conjunction with the Purchasing Agent, to post a request for proposals for epoxy floor installation in the apparatus bay of the Potterville Fire Station. Funds to be used from the FY2024 capital budget.

H. Authorization for the Rotary Club to use the parking lot and gazebo next to the North Scituate Elementary School for the Scituate Farmer’s Market, which is scheduled to open on May 11, 2024
I. Consideration of request from Hope Library for $100,000.00 in matching funds from the Town’s non-profit set-aside of ARPA funds to upgrade and repair its HVAC systems.
