A. Consideration of proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan concerning Lot 18 on Tax Assessor’s Plat 38, located at 5 Ridgewood Drive. The existing zoning designation on the Future Land Use Map (“FLUM”) of the Comprehensive Plan is proposed to be changed from RR 120 to BG (General Business). Both the Plan Commission and Town Council must separately vote on this matter.

C. Consideration of an amendment to Zoning Map to change the Zoning Classification on Lot 18 on Tax Assessor’s Plat 38, located at 5 Ridgewood Drive, from RR120 to BG (General Business). The proposed application was submitted by Michael Gazdacko of Colbea Enterprises, LLC (applicant/owner).
A. Request from Police Chief, in consultation with the Purchasing Agent, to trade-in three vehicles (2015 Dodge Charger, VIN ending in 5271; 2015 Ford Explorer, VIN ending in 1143; & 2002 Nissan Altima, VIN ending in 7339), plus $1,000.00 in federal asset forfeiture funds, to purchase a used 2014 Ford F-150, VIN ending in 8947 from Johnson Auto Sales, LLC.
A. Resolution Approving $424,369 Award for Scituate Middle School Entrance Relocation Contract to Be Paid From $3,500,000 of Bonds Issued for School Capital Projects
B. Resolution Approving $266,295 Award for North Scituate Elementary Corridor Renovation Contract to Be Paid From $3,500,000 of Bonds Issued for School Capital Projects
C. Resolution Approving Further Change Orders to North Scituate Fire Alarm Contract for Financing by $3,500,000 of Bonds Issued for School Capital Projects
