A.   Potential approval of Animal Control Services Agreement with the Town of Foster; authorization for the Town Council President and Town Treasurer to execute all documents necessary to accomplish the foregoing.

 

B.   Authorization for Town Council President and Town Council Vice President, in consultation with the Tax Collector and Town Solicitor, to negotiate Tax Sale Forbearance Agreements with taxpayers with financial hardships.  Said agreements to be later ratified by the Town Council

 

C.   Request from Senior Services Director Ignacio to increase the annual membership dues for out-of-town members from $10.00 to $20.00.

 

D.   Request from EMA Director Robinson to purchase six Automated External Defibrillators, amount not to exceed $36,000. Funds to be used from the Opioid Settlement Fund. Opiod fund balance as of 5/31/2025 is $130,679.17

 

E.   Request from Hope Jackson Fire Co. to use Hope Park on July 3, 2025, for the annual fireworks display

 

F.   Authorization to reserve the following Capital Funds from Fiscal Year 2024/2025:

 

i.    Police Capital, $25,000 for Police Station Server Room Upgrades

ii.   EMA Capital, $8,000 for A/V Equipment

 

G.   Authorization for Tax Assessor Beattie to attend the International Association of Assessing Officers Annual Conference from September 21-24, 2025, in Orlando, FL. Cost not to exceed $2,500.00 from the Tax Assessor General Expense budget 0752.

 

H.   Request from DPW Director Loiselle to purchase a Kahn Tractor and attachments, pricing off of MPA /Sourcewell for a quote of $76,068.90.  Town Council previously approved a purchase of tractor with attachments from ARPA Fund not to exceed $75,000
