B. Authorization for SRO Richard Parenti to attend the annual NASRO Conference in Texas during the week of July 6, 2025, to accept the 2025 National Model Agency award. The conference registration fee is waived, travel expense not to exceed $2,400.00.
C. Draft budget recommended by the Budget Committee; Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget; said Budget to be presented to the qualified voters at the Financial Town Meeting on June 3, 2025.
D. Recommendation from Recreation Director Pannone to increase the Summer Camp Program registration fee from $250.00 to $350.00.
E. Potential approval of Animal Control Services Agreement with the Town of Foster; authorization for the Town Council President and Town Treasurer to execute any and all documents necessary to accomplish the foregoing.
F. Posting of warrant, warning and notice for the Financial Town Meeting; authorization for Treasurer and Solicitor’s Office to approve final version prior to publication.
G. Request from Roger and Gail Beaudet, owners of 21 Davis Road, to allow additional funding from the Town’s Community Septic System Loan (CSSLP). The request is to fund $3,300.00 for the septic design cost. They have been approved for $22,150 funding under the CSSLP program guidelines. The approval can cover the cost of the septic design and installation.
