A. Consideration of proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan concerning Lot 55 on Tax Assessor’s Plat 28, located at 1160 Chopmist Hill Road, from a split of RR 120 & RS 120 to a split of RR 120 & BG (Business General), with a smaller RR 120 Zone than currently exists. This proposed change is part of an application to amend the existing zoning designation of Lot 55 on Tax Assessor's Plat 28 on the Official Zoning Map from a split of RR 120 & RS 120 to a split of RR 120 & BG (Business General), with a smaller RR 120 Zone than currently exists. Both the Plan Commission and Town Council must separately vote on this matter.
