A. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I.G.L. § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Pending Litigation (National Opioid Litigation). Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning National Opioid Litigation.
B. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (5) Real Estate, specifically regarding possible sale and/or transfer of real estate and/or leasehold interest(s) in real estate. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning possible sale and/or transfer of real estate and/or leasehold interest(s) in real estate.
C. The Town Council may to convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-46-5 (a) Subsection (1), a discussion of the job performance, character, or physical or mental health of a employee, provided that such person affected shall have been notified in advance in writing and advised that the employee may require that the discussion be held at an open meeting. Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning the affected employee.
D. The Town Council may vote to convene into Executive Session pursuant to R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Pending Litigation (Carreiro v. Town of Scituate, EEOC No. 16J-2025-00200). Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning Carreiro v. Town of Scituate, EEOC No. 16J-2025-00200.

A. Resolution Approving Change Orders in Net Amount Of $256,402 To Scituate Middle/High School Fire Alarm Upgrades Project Contract to be Financed By $3,500,000 School Bonds

A. Request from the Sustainability Committee to expend funds for a committee website. Annual cost not to exceed $225. Funds to be expended from the Due To/From Recycling Initiative Account.
B. Authorization to convert Amanda Nardone from temporary clerk to new full-time floating clerk under the supervision of multiple department heads, for a variety of functions including public records, grant writing, billing, and other clerical and administrative functions as required. Benefits will be in accordance with the Town of Scituate Human Resource Manual. Salary and start date to be determined by the Town Council.
C. Authorization to convert Michael DiOrio, Zoning and Building Official full-time position to a part time, remote position. Benefits will be in accordance with the Town of Scituate Human Resource Manual. Salary and start date to be determined by the Town Council.
