C. Request from the DPW Director and the Town Purchasing Agent for authorization to post a Request for Proposals for Pavement Preservation Process
D. Request from the DPW Director to extend the paving contract with Pasteryak Asphalt LLC for the 2026 pacing season, using the current bid prices that are in place
E. Request from Chief Greenway to expend funds from Potterville Fire Dept Capital to purchase a fire skid unit, cost not to exceed $11,000.00
F. Authorization for the Town Council President and Town Solicitor, in coordination with the Treasurer’s Office and Senior Services Director, to sign the Grant Award Notice and Subrecipient Agreement, and all ancillary documents required, with the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority concerning the Community Vans Purchase.
