D.   Final presentation of concepts to shape the future of Hope Park by the URI Regenerative Community Design Lab with cooperation of the Hope Village Legacy Project Committee

I.    Authorization for Council President to sign the Memorandum of Agreement between the Town of Scituate and Providence Revolving Fund concerning CDBG Grant Funds available from the State, pursuant to the presentation from the July 9, 2026
