A.   Resolution 26-01 related to legal authorization to add a Third Class A Liquor License

A.   Authorization to hire Stephen Mattscheck as Director of Public Works with a start date of February 13, 2026. The starting annual base salary of $100,000.00 ($3,846.15 bi-weekly) for six months. After six-months increase to annual base salary of $105,000.00 ($4,038.46 bi-weekly). Benefits per the Scituate Employee Handbook with the following exception of vacation time starts at three weeks per calendar year.

 

B.   Authorization to compensate John Lomastro for the period January 11, 2026 – February 12, 2026, as DPW Director. The variance between DPW Director and Deputy Director, adjusted for years of service, for 24 working days totals $1,530.96

 

C.   Recommendation from the Land Trust and Conservation Commission to assign the Town Engineer to follow up with an environmental review with RIDEM and work with RIIB to allow for an informed decision to be make on the following bid proposals:
