A. Second Reading of Ordinance 26-04, amending Section 4 of Article I of Chapter 6 of the Code of Ordinances: Proposed amendment to increase the BV (Beverage Victualing) Liquor License limit from 4 to 5 total licenses.

E. Request from Assessor Beattie to attend the 2026 International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) Annual Conference, to be held October 14-16, 2026, in Calgary, Canada, and to utilize up to $2,500 from the Tax Assessor General Expense Budget to cover conference-related expenses.
