A. The Town Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss, take possible action, and/or vote pursuant to the relevant requirements of R.I. General Laws § 42-46-5(a) Subsection (2) Collective Bargaining (Union negotiations with Teamsters Local 251 for new collective bargaining agreement beginning July 1, 2025). Discussion and/or Potential action, announcement and/or vote(s) from Executive Session and/or Open Session concerning a possible new collective bargaining agreement with Teamsters Local 251
B. The Town Council may convene into Executive/Closed session pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 42-46-5 (a)(2) Pending Litigation (Finnegan v. Przybyla, PC-2020-06563). A. Recommendation from the DPW Director to award the bid for Hot in-place Asphalt Recycling to the sole bidder, Highway Rehabilitation Corp., for the following bid price:

B. Review and consider approval of a letter of support and authorization of the required 25% local cost share from the General Fund for the replacement of outdated standby generators at the Chopmist Hill and North Scituate Fire Stations through a FEMA BRIC grant application. These critical public safety facilities provide emergency response services during natural hazards and power outages. The proposed generator replacements will enhance operational reliability and help ensure uninterrupted fire suppression, EMS, and emergency communications capabilities during emergencies.
C. Authorization to reserve Capital Funds from Fiscal Year 2025/2026
D. Authorization to post an RFP to replace and fix docks that were removed at Hope Pond
