A. Second Reading of Ordinance 26-03, establishing Chapter 18 of the Code of Ordinances: Proposed creation of a private family burial ordinance governing family burial plots on private property.

K. Ratification of MOU letter stating that Hope Library provides library services to the town of Scituate and will continue to do so for the next 5 years.

A. Recommendation from the Police Chief to hire Erik Hagstrom as a full-time dispatcher; terms and conditions of employment consistent with the current collective bargaining agreement with NAGE R1-42.
B. Recommendation from the DPW Director to transfer Ian Coupe to the DPW Mechanic position with terms and conditions in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement with Teamsters Local 251.

A. Resolution in support of H 7446 Legislation before the General Assembly
B. Resolution and request for legislation regarding floor motions at Financial Town Meetings.

A. Request from the Land Trust and Conservation Commission to expend funds from the Engineering/Consulting budget line: 001-7780/0605, for architectural services to upgrade the old Clayville Schoolhouse/Post Office building in the amount of $6,500.
B. Recommendation from the Town Engineer, with the support of the Conservation Commission and the Land Trust, to direct the Town Engineer to move forward with an application to the US EPA through the Closing America’s Wastewater Access Gap Initiative to provide no-cost technical assistance in the form of carrying out the Hope Village Wastewater Feasibility Study for the Town.
