A. Request from Charles and Debra Werchadlo, owner of 183 Westcott Road (Plat 46, Lot 45) for permission to create twelve burial plots on said property; notices having been sent to abutters; any approval subject to R.I. Department of Health requirements and any other applicable state regulations.
B.
