A.  Motion to Convene to Executive Session:

·         Closed pursuant to RIGL § 42-46-5(a)(2), session pertaining to litigation of potential legal claim (Caito Field)

·         Closed pursuant to RI Gen. Laws § 42-46-5 (a)(2), session pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, specifically, to discuss bargaining with the with the Scituate Teachers’ Association, STA/NEARI for a successor collective bargaining agreement.

·         Closed pursuant to RIGL § 42-46-5(a)(1): session pertaining to discussion of the job performance, character, or physical or mental health of persons in the employ of the Scituate School Department. The Committee affirmatively asserts that such persons affected shall have been notified in advance in writing and advised that they may require that the discussion be held at an open meeting.

 

2.   Motion to Close Executive Session; Seal Executive Session Minutes; and, Reconvene to Open Session
