A. Motion to Convene to Executive Session pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-46-5(a)(1) (job performance of an individual), the individual was provided prior written notice that the individual’s job performance would be discussed and that the individual could require that discussion to be held during the Open Session.
