C.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Police Department to purchase one (1) 2021 Ford F-150 pickup with fiberglass cap and emergency lighting in an amount not to exceed thirty thousand and fifty-eight dollars and thirty cents ($30,058.30) from Tasca Ford, Berlin, CT through the RI Master Price Agreement #559 with funds available in the Police Equipment Fund. 

D.  Consider, discuss, and act upon adoption of a resolution authorizing the financing of the purchase of a Police Vehicle through the Smithfield Capital Lease Fund.

E.   Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a bid award for the purchase of winter sand.

F.   Sitting as the Water Supply Board, consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a contract with Stiles Company of Norwood, MA for the purchase, installation and transition to the Beacon Advanced Meter Analytics software in an amount not to exceed twenty-six thousand, seven hundred and fifteen dollars ($26,715).

G.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a drainage easement agreement and condemnation with Rhode Island Department of Transportation relating to drainage improvements on lands owned by the Town of Smithfield listed as AP 24 Lot 69, Esmond Park, located on Farnum Pike.

H.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Fire Department to purchase a 2001 E-One 95' Tower Ladder truck from Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus for the purchase price of one hundred and twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) plus an amount not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to cover expenses related to placing the truck into service with funding available in the third-party rescue billing account.

I.    Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a request for proposals for school kitchen equipment.

J.   Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a resolution urging Rhode Island Governor Gina M. Raimondo to release $150 million from the “CARES Act” to our small business community.

K.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a resolution relating to State assistance during the COVID-19 emergency.

L.   Consider, discuss, and act upon the proposed 2021 Town Council meeting schedule.

M. Consider, discuss, and act upon approving tax abatements in the amount of forty-nine thousand, one hundred and ninety-seven dollars and sixty-nine cents ($49,197.69).
