C. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Police Department to purchase one (1) 2021 Ford F-150 pickup with fiberglass cap and emergency lighting in an amount not to exceed thirty thousand and fifty-eight dollars and thirty cents ($30,058.30) from Tasca Ford, Berlin, CT through the RI Master Price Agreement #559 with funds available in the Police Equipment Fund.
D. Consider, discuss, and act upon adoption of a resolution authorizing the financing of the purchase of a Police Vehicle through the Smithfield Capital Lease Fund.

Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Fire Department to purchase a 2001 E-One 95' Tower Ladder truck from Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus for the purchase price of one hundred and twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) plus an amount not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to cover expenses related to placing the truck into service with funding available in the third-party rescue billing account.
