Sitting as the Water Supply Board, consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a contract with Stiles Company of Norwood, MA for the purchase, installation and transition to the Beacon Advanced Meter Analytics software in an amount not to exceed twenty-six thousand, seven hundred and fifteen dollars ($26,715).
G. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a drainage easement agreement and condemnation with Rhode Island Department of Transportation relating to drainage improvements on lands owned by the Town of Smithfield listed as AP 24 Lot 69, Esmond Park, located on Farnum Pike.
H. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Fire Department to purchase a 2001 E-One 95' Tower Ladder truck from Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus for the purchase price of one hundred and twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) plus an amount not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to cover expenses related to placing the truck into service with funding available in the third-party rescue billing account.
