A.  Schedule a public hearing on January 5, 2021 to consider the adoption of an ordinance implementing an Administrative Subdivision resulting in the transfer of a portion of A.P 46, Lot 288 on Appian Way to John D. Dell'Oro in return for the transfer of a portion AP 46, Lot 287 on Appian Way owned by John D. Dell'Oro to the Town of Smithfield.

 

B.  Schedule a public hearing on January 19, 2021 to consider, discuss, and act upon proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance Map.

 

C.  Conduct a Public Hearing to consider, discuss and act upon approving the renewal of the Intoxicating Beverage Licenses, as listed, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations, local ordinances and a Certificate of Good Standing from the RI Division of Taxation.

B.  Consider, discuss, and act upon a bid award for first responder ballistic protective gear.

 

C.  Consider, discuss, and act upon a bid award for sewer connection and grinder pump for the Log Road Fire Station.

 

D.  Consider, discuss and act upon the acceptance of public improvements and bond release for Wolf Hill Estates - Carlton’s Trail.

 

E.   Consider, discuss and act upon the acceptance of public improvements and bond release for for Comet Farms - Tameo Lane.

 

F.   Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a service renewal agreement with CGI Communications, Inc.

 

G.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing change order number 4 to Ahlborg Construction for the School Department’s capital improvement project in an amount not to exceed two million, three hundred and eighty-four thousand, three hundred and seventy-one dollars ($2,384,371).

 

H.  Consider, discuss, and act upon approving tax abatements in the amount of seven thousand, six hundred and seventy-eight dollars and eighty-one cents ($7,678.81).
