A. Consider, discuss, and act upon a sole source repair for the Smithfield Ice Rink in the amount of $12,840.00 to replace two solenoid valves and coils that operate the compressor system pumper drums.
B. Consider, discuss, and act upon a bid award for a new fire protection system at the Smithfield Ice Rink.
C. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a Cooperative Procurement Contract through Liberty Chevrolet, as agent for Plymouth County Commissioners, for the purchase of one (1) new Chevrolet K2500 4x4 pickup truck in the amount of $34,229.11.
D. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a resolution for the financing of one (1) new Chevrolet K2500 4x4 pickup truck through the Smithfield Capital Lease Fund.
E. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a Cooperative Procurement Contract through Liberty Chevrolet, as agent for Plymouth County Commissioners, for the purchase of one (1) new Chevrolet Equinox LS Compact SUV in the amount of $24,909.60.

G. Sitting as the Smithfield Water Supply Board, consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing proposed water restrictions to the Water Supply Board customers during the Tank Rehabilitation Project.
H. Sitting as the Water Supply Board, consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a contract with Thielsch Engineering Inc. for the inspection services for the rehabilitation of the Island Woods and Rocky Hill Water Storage Tanks in the amount of $203,440.00.
