C. Consider, discuss, and act upon the adoption of a resolution in support of House Bill H-7860 and Senate Bill S-2071 Relating to Motor and Other Vehicles – Size, Weight, and Load Limits – Smithfield and Lincoln.
D. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into an agreement with Best Practice Energy and Collaborative Energy Options for future energy procurement bids and negotiations.
E. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a resolution in support of the Site Readiness Bond proposal.
