II. Motion to convene into Executive Session to:
A. Convene into Executive Session to consider, discuss, and act upon matters pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(1), Personnel, to interview Travis Worthley, Ben Dodge, and Clare Fortin for possible reappointments to a Town board or commission, to discuss the Deputy Chief of Police contract, to discuss and act upon authorizing the filing of an Accidental Disability Retirement Application by Police Officer Kevin Proulx (the employee having been advised in writing of his right to have the matter acted on in open session) and;
B. Consider, discuss and act upon matters pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(2) Existing Litigation, Superior Court Case: PC-2019-10870.
