A. Move that the minutes of the May 3, 2021 Town Council work session meeting be approved as recorded.
B. Move that the minutes of the May 18, 2021 Town Council executive session meeting held pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(1), Personnel, to interview Danielle Connell, Albert Nani, and Russell Potter for appointment and Edward Civito and Kaity Ryan for reappointment to a town board or commission be approved as recorded and sealed.
C. Move that the minutes of the May 18, 2021 Town Council open session meeting be approved as recorded.
A. Planning Board appointment with a term expiring in May of 2024.
B. Land Trust appointment with a term expiring in September of 2022.

A. Schedule a public hearing on July 6, 2021 to consider authorizing bonding in the amount of $1,100,000 to finance a loan through Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank to fund the construction of a new aerated grit removal system at the Smithfield Wastewater Treatment Facility.
B. Schedule a public hearing on July 6, 2021 to consider amendments to the Comprehensive Community Plan’s Future Land Use Map.
C. Schedule a public hearing on July 6, 2021 to consider zoning district map amendments as called for in the Comprehensive Community Plan.

A. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a contract with Applied Geographics, Inc. for three years of GIS services in the amount of seven thousand dollars ($7,000) per year plus implementation costs of six thousand one hundred dollars ($6,100).
B. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a resolution to amend a State Law related to the Smithfield Land Trust.
C. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the issuance of a request for proposals for renewable energy growth proposals on Town properties.
D. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the issuance of a request for proposals for a virtual net metering agreement and project proposals.
E. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a request for proposals for design and installation of a fire suppression system at the William Winsor School.
