II. Motion to convene into Executive Session to:
A. Consider, discuss, and act upon matters pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws, Section 42-46-5(a)(2) Potential Litigation; and
B. Consider, discuss and act upon matters pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(2) Pending Litigation/Arbitration (A.A.A. Case # 01-20-0000-4697, Thomas R. Mulcahey): Discussion and possible vote authorizing the Town Manager and Labor Counsel to finalize any settlement agreements arising from the above referenced pending arbitration.
III. Reconvene in open session to announce any closed session votes
required to be disclosed pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws, Sec. 42-46-4.
