A. Move that the minutes of the March 22, 2021 executive session meeting held pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws and Section 42-46-5 (a)(1), Personnel, to interview Christina Deingenis, Lynn D’Abrosca, and Lyn Antonuccio for the position of Town Clerk be approved as recorded and sealed.
B. Move that the minutes of the March 23, 2021 executive session meeting held pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws and Section 42-46-5 (a)(1), Personnel to interview Stefanie Howell and Danielle Wickersham for the position of Town Clerk be approved as recorded and sealed.
