A.  Consider, discuss and act upon authorizing the Police Department to purchase four (4) 2022 Ford SUV Police Interceptors with upfit packages and mobile data terminal systems from Colonial Ford of Plymouth, MA, through the VEH98 bid, in the amount of two hundred and sixty-two thousand, five hundred and five dollars, and ten cents ($262,505.10) financed through the Smithfield Capital Lease Fund with funds available through the Police Equipment fund.

 

B.  Consider, discuss, and act upon adopting a resolution authorizing the financing of the purchase of police vehicles through the Smithfield Capital Lease Fund.

 

C.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a request for proposals for cafeteria equipment at multiple school building locations.

 

D.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into contract, through the FAC116 State of MA Contract, with C.N. Wood Company, Inc. of Johnston, RI for the purchase of one (1) new Trackless MT7 Tractor with the 51” Ribbon Snow Blower, 5-Position Snow Plow and Rear Mounted Sander for a total cost of one hundred and seventy-one thousand, one hundred and seventeen dollars ($171,117.00).

 

E.   Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a resolution authorizing the financing of the purchase of a Trackless MT7 Tractor through the Smithfield Capital Lease Fund.

 

F.   Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a request for proposals for the sale of 12 Whipple Road (AP 24, Lot 110).

 

G.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing Task Order 2019-23 with CDM-Smith to complete flow monitoring and modeling services of the Stillwater Interceptor for a fee not to exceed thirty-five thousand and four hundred dollars ($35,400.00) in accordance with the Master Service Agreement for said services and as permissible with the RI Commerce Corporation Site Readiness Grant.

 

H.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a request for proposals for crack repairs at the Deerfield Park Basketball and Tennis Courts.

 

I.    Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the purchase and installation of safety netting from Sportsman Specialties, through the Keystone Purchasing Network, in the amount of thirty-eight thousand and sixty-seven dollars ($38,067).

 

J.   Consider, discuss, and act upon approving tax abatements in the amount of nine thousand, eleven dollars and fifty-three cents ($9,011.53).

 

K.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the sale price of four hundred and fifteen thousand dollars ($415,000) to Revive the Roots for the property located at 10 Old Forge Road (Plat 49, Lot 136), also known as the Mary Mowry House, subject to the Town Solicitor drafting a Purchase and Sales Agreement to be executed by the Town Manager.
