A. Move that the minutes of the September 21, 2021 Town Council executive session meeting held pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(1), Personnel; to discuss and act upon authorizing the application of an Accidental Disability Retirement for Private Craig Garrett be approved as recorded and sealed.
B. Move that the minutes of the September 21, 2021 Town Council open session meeting be approved as recorded.
A. Budget and Financial Review Board with a term expiring in February of 2025.
A. Consider, discuss and act upon approving a new Mobile Food Truck License for Stephanie Sebring d/b/a “Phlip Phlop’s Lobster Cart”, 25 Cherry Street, North Providence, with an OR Reg, number 508959, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.
A. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a request for proposals for a diversity, equity and inclusion consultant.
B. Consider, discuss, and act upon appointing a Council Liaison to the Water Supply Board Advisory Commission.
A. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a contract with Modular Communications of Greenville, NH for the purchase of twenty-two (22) 50 watt Mobile TM9300 two way radios through the NASPO Valuepoint Public Cooperative Organization, RFP06913, for twenty-one thousand, three hundred and seven dollars ($21,307.00).
B. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the purchase of one (1) 2021 Ford Exhibition 4-wheel drive, utility vehicle from Colonial Municipal Group, through the Greater Boston Police Council, for the price of thirty-nine thousand, four hundred and eighty-four dollars and ten cents ($39,484.10).
C. Consider, discuss, and act upon purchasing one (1) 1995 Hackney & Sons International Commercial Rescue Truck from the City of Rolling Meadows Fire Department in the amount of nine thousand, nine hundred and fifty dollars ($9,950.00) with funds raised by the Fire Department.
D. Consider, discuss, and act upon cancelling the December 21, 2021 Town Council meeting.
E. Consider, discuss, and act upon approving tax abatements in the amount of one thousand, five hundred and seventy-one dollars and ninety-six cents ($1,571.96).
