A. Move that the minutes of the October 5, 2021 Town Council open session meeting be approved as recorded.
A. Conduct a public hearing to change the Comprehensive Plan’s Land Use Map designation of Plat 47, Lot 34, located at 115 Mann School Road, from Low Medium Density Residential (LMDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR).
B. Conduct a public hearing to consider amending the Zoning Ordinance Map by changing the zoning district designation of Assessor’s Plat 47, Lot 34, located at 115 Mann School Road, from R-80 to R-Med.
A. Consider, discuss and act upon approving a new Victualling Only License for Fresh Pita, LLC d/b/a “Fresh Pita”, 777 Putnam Pike, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.
B. Consider, discuss and act upon approving a one (1) day Class F1 Full Privilege License for St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, for a wine tasting to take place on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., as applied, subject to State regulations and local ordinances.
C. Consider, discuss and act upon approving one (1) One-Day Beer/Wine License for the Smithfield Senior Center as follows:
• Halloween Party to be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021
The party will take place at the Smithfield Senior Center, 1 William J. Hawkins, Jr., Trail from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., as applied, subject to State regulations and local ordinances.
A. Consider, discuss, and act upon the ratification of the proposed LIUNA Collective Bargaining Agreements for the Police Civilian, Town Hall and Department of Public Works union employees.
B. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to renew a contract with OPENGOV Inc. in the amount of sixteen thousand, twelve dollars and twenty-six cents ($16,012.26).
C. Consider, discuss, and act upon approving tax abatements in the amount of two thousand, five hundred, forty-one dollars and twenty-eight cents ($2,541.28).
D. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a bid award to Sullivan & McLaughlin for town-wide electrical service.
