Convene into executive session to consider, discuss, and act upon matters pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(1), Personnel; to interview Melanie Marcaccio and Jim Orenberg for possible appointment or reappointment to a Town board or commission.

A. Move that the minutes of the March 1, 2022 open meeting be approved as recorded.
B. Move that the minutes of the March 8, 2022 work session meeting be approved as recorded.
C. Move that the minutes of the March 15, 2022 executive session meeting held pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(1), Personnel; to interview Chad Morrison, Theresa Garlacy, Kelly Duff, Marcie DiOrio, and James Gass for possible appointments to a Town board or commission be approved as recorded and sealed.
D. Move that the minutes of the March 15, 2022 open meeting be approved as recorded.
