A. Miss Rhode Island 2022 – Abby Mansolillo
B. Receipt of the Budget and Financial Review Board’s Recommended Fiscal Year 2023 Budget.
A. Move that the minutes of the May 3, 2022 executive session meeting held pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(1), Personnel; to interview S. James Busam and Scott E. Boyd for possible reappointment to a Town board or commission and Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(2) Pending Litigation/Arbitration (A.A.A. Case # 01-21-0017-9549, Mark Blakley): Discussion and possible vote authorizing the Town Manager and Labor Counsel to finalize any settlement agreements arising from the above referenced pending arbitration be approved as recorded and sealed.
B. Move that the minutes of the May 3, 2022 open meeting be approved as recorded.
A. Schedule a public hearing on June 21, 2022 on the proposed Fiscal Year 2023 budget.
B. Conduct a public hearing to consider, discuss and act upon the possible suspension, revocation, or other sanctions regarding the listed three (3) Mobile Food Truck Licenses due to non-renewal or non-compliance with the conditions of renewal:
1. Gotta Q Brands, LLC d/b/a “Gotta Q Smokehouse BBQ”, 24 Barberry Hill Road, Cumberland, RI (Failure to produce necessary paperwork required for renewal)
2. Pa’L Monte, LLC d/b/a “Pa’L Monte”, 285 Douglas Pike (Failure to produce necessary paperwork required for renewal)

A. Consider, discuss and act upon approving the annual renewal of one (1) Bingo License, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.

A. Consider, discuss, and act upon approving the proposed American Rescue Plan Act Funding Program.
A. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the purchase of a scoreboard for the Old County Road Elementary School, through Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract #082114, from Robert H. Lord Co. of Manchester, CT in the amount of fourteen thousand, one hundred and twenty-nine dollars ($14,129.00) to be paid for through the school bond.
B. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a contract with Delta Mechanical Contractors, LLC. for mechanical piping repairs at Laperche Elementary School, through the RI Master Price Agreement #136, in the amount of thirteen thousand, eight hundred and eight dollars and sixty-four cents ($13,808.64) to be paid for through the school bond.
C. Consider, discuss, and act upon adopting a resolution in support of House Bill H-8205 and Senate Bill S2181 Substitute A relating to Waters and Navigation – Dam Permits.
D. Consider, discuss, and act upon adopting a resolution in support of the Town’s participation in the Community Resilience Building Program.
