A. Consider, discuss, and act upon a pole petition from RI Energy Co. and Verizon New England, Inc. incorporating the tree removal and tree trimming along Log Road to service the ISM Solar project.
B. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a contract with RICON for road repair services for Deer Run Estates/West Farm Road in an amount not to exceed fifty-six thousand, one hundred dollars ($56,100.00).
C. Consider, discuss, and act upon amendment #15 to the Veolia Water operations and maintenance contract to prepare the Wastewater Treatment Facility Resiliency Plan for a fee not to exceed thirty-six thousand, three hundred and fifty dollars ($36,350.00).
